I unfortunately have the motto that the customer is always right, but a claim that the site had a warped email that isn’t mine is something I either have to confirm or deny, and unfortunately, was not the case, at least when I checked it. I don’t want to say you’re wrong, but its just not what I saw.

Its pretty well known in Turkey that a turkish pharmacy, wont ship to you. Why don’t you just go locally and buy your stuff?

Of course, i know this, but my email girl isn’t well versed in it. If anything, it should be known formerly to the client. But here the pharmacy had to let her know when they see your order. They simply stated its sketch for a person in turkey to order, so they don’t want to fulfill it thinking its a LEO or something.

So then I send the order to my pharmacy. They have to then message me a few days later, telling me they can’t do your order. Then we notify you.

This week I’ve also had a major surgery, so I was not able to refund you instantly as I was in post operation care. I did send your refund out two days ago, though.

@heavysaturday99 Need to be on the lookout for similar emails. We always get the “your email has been compromised” emails, etc, and this is no different. Be careful from who you are receiving emails, always check the email address.

@lynxpoint the wallet on the website is just fine. I have received ajx’s original order on the site, and the bitcoin and all matches it. Theres literally zero way to be able to hack a payment processor. You’d be going up against large companies, such as coinpayments.

@king_geno I’m sorry but again, any email that has an E in it, is simply not me. I’ve had my website and emails listed for the longest of times. The site has been a staple in processing payments forever, and never has a scam happened. The website still, to this moment, is processing payments. There is just no way to hack a payment processor.

@Liska Kinda wrong of you to come in here and spread misinformation like that. There is a source complaint that stated they saw this email on the website, but theres a comment literally (20 seconds) after his that stated he saw another email instead ( the correct one.)

I’m not sure if its possible to somehow change the xml on a live website for everyone to see it temporarily, and it somehow shifted, but do you really think I have this kind of 24/7 vigilance and reaction speed to change that page so fast, that a post 28 seconds afterwards, didn’t see it?

Not sure how this happened. I’ll investigate into it. As far as I can see though - the contact page has always listed the correct email, and upon checking right now, it is the correct email still, not with this (e).

Your raws go through a reshipper first; then to you. the USPS tracking you have, will NOT update for 3-4 weeks as the package is first delivered to my reshipper. Then he uses that pre-label he printed out for you.

@over9thousand Yeah, i’ll be honest, turkey has been rough ever since January. Since that earthquake + government tighter regulations, they have been having country-wide trouble shipping out packages. They have to stagger delivery to increase chances of it making it. Again, its all for the safety, and the security of the package actually being delivered. These are strange times.

I do offer reshipments on Turkish orders, but not for free. What I usually do is I combine my profit of your previous turkish order + a discount that the turkish pharmacy provides which would be your cost.
